Although the 'Quick Start Manual' for your printer says that the CD includes a scanner driver, for some reason, there is no scanner driver listed on the driver download page for this product. Do you have the CD that came with the printer? According to your User Guide, the 'scanner driver' actually is a program called 'ScanGear iR.' This may have been installed as part of either the printer driver or the 'iR Toolbox' program. On your computer, click Start and type iR Toolbox into the Search menu: was something found?
